We operate M-W in the East Bay and San Francisco.
Mondays: FAAS Alameda Shelter (1590 Fortmann Way, Alameda, CA 94501)
Tuesdays: San Francisco ACC (1419 Bryant Street, San Francisco, CA 94103)
Wednesdays: San Francisco ACC (1419 Bryant Street, San Francisco, CA 94103)
* Surgeries with Vets in Vans must all check in at 9:00am, regardless of your selected appointment time. Please be prepared to arrive at 9:00am, but be aware that the check-in/drop off process can take up to 1 hour. If you cannot make it in by 9:30am, please call or email us directly. Late check-ins are not guaranteed a surgery spot.
* See our full list of prices on the 'PRICES' tab of our website and note that additional fees may be incurred if there are concurrent medical conditions (including, but not limited to, brachycephalic pets, cryptorchidism, pregnancy, in-heat, overweight, and other complications). We accept Care Credit and Scratch Pay, but a $75 deposit is required to hold your surgery appointment. This deposit is not required if you are working with an approved voucher program or rescue.
* Your pet should be ready to go home between 3:45-4:15pm, but be aware that the pick-up process may have a wait time as well. Appointments that do not check in for pick-up by 4:15pm may incur additional late pick-up fees.* For pets over 5 months old, no food or water after midnight before the day of the procedure.

Vets in Vans provides mobile veterinary services including surgeries, urgent care, wellness, and preventative care to your community. We set up our clinics regularly at various predetermined locations. Check out Our Schedule above for clinic locations.
We believe that all pets and their families deserve access to veterinary care, so we work to help keep pets together with their families.
Our surgical services are by appointment only. All other services are provided by appointments or walk-ins. Priority will be given to those with an appointment.
Wellness appointments and neuter/spay surgeries must be scheduled online. For sick/urgent appointments or other specialized surgeries and dentals, please schedule by emailing us at info@vetsinvans.org (or if you do not have access to email, then leave us a message at (415) 439-0169).
